Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel or refund affected orders. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship from a US warehouse. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days; express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Product and safety information

The PureClean™ Mattress Vacuum is a household cleaning appliance for mattresses, sofas, pillows, rugs and car seats. It removes dust, dander and debris; it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Never look directly at the UV-C lamp — the lamp only operates when the head is flat against a surface. Keep the unit away from water, do not use it on wet surfaces, unplug it before emptying or cleaning, and let washed filters dry completely before reinstalling them. Keep it out of reach of children and always follow the included manual.

Guarantee, warranty and liability

Our 60-day money-back guarantee works as described on the returns page. The motor and housing carry a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To the extent permitted by law, Filoriya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable US consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Filoriya operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
